  • Action Realty Group LLC (ARG) agents only beholding to the Louisiana Real Estate Commission license laws and Federal Fair Housing laws.
  • Company will use MyStateMLS platform https://www.mystatemls.com
  • MyStateMLS online platform feeds all company listings to 3rd party real estate portals like Zillow, Realtor, Trulia, Homes.com, ListHUB, and many others.
  • No Board of Realtor Fees to our sales associates.
  • No Board of Realtor MLS fees
  • No Board of Realtor MLS lock box key fees.
  • Not subject to fines by a local Board of Realtor Association.
  • Not governed by strict rules of any local Board of Realtor Association.
  • MyStateMLS platform agent fees covered by the company at no charge to agents. Agents have full use of the MyStateMLS account.
  • MyStateMLS service business documents and e-signatures at no cost to agents.
  • Use of available office facilities in Baton Rouge, Houma, Lafayette, Metairie, and Thibodaux.
  • Sales Associates will have available the use of any office equipment including wireless internet and color copier/scanner at no charge.
  • No real estate franchise fees.
  • Company will maintain costs of the company website.
  • Agents will have available Sales Training Series online training at no extra charge.
  • Agent commission split 70% for new agents or 75% for experienced sales associates with a minimum of 20 historical residential closings within the last 3 years.
  • Agent commission split of 80% for any CMA or BPO fees.
  • Recruiting fee to any agent that is procuring cause for agent joining the firm. $500 recruiting fee paid upon first closing of that recruited agent with minimum gross company commission of $2,000. Applies to both new licensees and experienced agents that transfer into the company.
  • Agent responsible for all costs of maintaining LREC active salesperson license with minimum $100,000 E&O and all costs of any LREC required CE courses
  • Tim McCubbin with 34 years reals estate sales experience in South Louisiana is licensed by Louisiana Real Estate Commission as sponsoring broker
